With over 15 years of experience in the welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry, Emilie Peloquin has established herself as a leading expert and passionate advocate for advancing NDT technologies.
Emilie holds a welding degree and certifications from the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB), along with an associate degree in Non-Destructive Examination Technologies, where she trained in accordance with SNT-TC-1A across various methods including Visual Testing (VT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Electromagnetic Testing (ET), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). Her journey within the NDT community began during her college years, where she chaired the Student Chapter of North Carolina.
Following her graduation, Emilie joined Evident, formerly known as Olympus, where she has held diverse roles ranging from technical support to product management. Her focus has been on advanced ultrasonic technologies, including Phased Array, conventional Total Focusing Method (TFM), and more recently, Phase Coherence Imaging (PCI). Today, Emilie serves as the Executive Director of NDT Application Engineering for Evident, where she continues to drive innovation and excellence in the field.
Emilie is deeply involved in the NDT community, participating in numerous code committees and organizations. She has been an elected Director on the Board of the American Society for Non-Destructive Testing (ASNT) for the past three years, and she chairs both the Education and Diversity Committees. Additionally, she holds important positions within the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), including Chair of the Full Matrix Capture (FMC) Working Group for BPVC Section V and Vice-Chair of the In-Service Inspection Subcommittee.
Beyond her technical contributions, Emilie is also the host of the popular NDT podcast "Inspect Tech," where she engages with industry experts to discuss technical applications and address the challenges facing the NDT field today.
Jason Riggs is the Vice President of Technical Services & Regulatory Affairs at Marmon Rail (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) where he and his exceptional team of leading industry experts manage the QA and technical programs for the Marmon Rail subsidiaries of Union Tank Car Company, Procor Limited and Transco Railway Products. He has performed various quality, technical, operational, management and engineering related roles. Jason possesses 32 years of experience in the NDT profession, with most of his time in the rail industry and several years in the oil/gas, petrochemical, structural steel and aerospace industries. He has served on numerous AAR, ASNT, RSI and DOT regulatory and industry committees. Jason is the Vice President of ASNT, is a trustee for the ASNT Foundation and the Chair of the ASNT Advocacy and Legislative Affairs Committees. He is a graduate of the Lone Star College NDT & Materials Science Program and holds and ASNT NDT Level III in UT, MT, PT & VT as well as an AWS – Certified Welding Inspector and Educator.

Shri J N Agrawal brings with him over 40 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, working with Oil India Ltd and Gail India Ltd. With a background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing Management, Mr. Agrawal is a renowned expert of in the field of corrosion management and cathodic protection for varied assets in the oil and gas industry. He has extensive experience in various aspects such as design, installation, testing, commissioning, post commissioning surveys, monitoring and troubleshooting of the CP system. His expertise also includes corrosion control and monitoring, with a specialization in cathodic protection for structures such as cross-country pipelines, underground bullets, storage tank bottoms, and plant pipelines.
Mr. Agrawal is a CP4 (CP specialist) from ICorr and has published articles in leading corrosion conferences and journals. He is also well-versed in corrosion audit, quality management systems, risk management, integrity management, and field experience in troubleshooting and remedial measures. As the CEO of Corrsol Tech, he provides professional services in all areas of corrosion control, cathodic protection, and pipeline integrity management. He has carried out integrity assessment of onshore and offshore pipelines of ONGC, Gail and Cairn pipelines.

Gunasekaran R has completed ME in Production Engineering and he is presently working as a Head, Radiography and Inspection Division (RID) VSSC, ISRO. He worked as Faculty in Department of Mechanical Engineering, Engineering College under Anna University. His experience is as follows:

Chandra Shekhar Prasad is a seasoned professional with 33 years of experience in aircraft maintenance and non-destructive testing (NDT). He holds qualifications as an ASNT Level 3 in ET, UT, PT, and MT, an EN4179 Level 3 in ET, UT, PT, and MT, and is a certified Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) by DGCA India. He also holds a B.Sc. and AMIAE (Auto) credentials, and is certified by DGCA for NDT. Currently, he is the General Manager at GMR Aerotechnic, RGI Airport, Hyderabad. His extensive career includes roles as Vice President at Magnum Aviation, Delhi; Manager Workshop at Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi; Manager (Head of Workshops) at Jet Airways, Delhi; and NDT Engineer positions at Airworks India and East West Airline in Mumbai.ence Program and holds and ASNT NDT Level III in UT, MT, PT & VT as well as an AWS – Certified Welding Inspector and Educator.
Dr. Srinivas Kuchipudi is a Scientist G and Deputy Technology Director at DRDO's Directorate of R & QA, Advanced Systems Laboratory in Hyderabad, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Osmania University, Hyderabad, with 24 years of research experience in material characterization and non-destructive evaluation of composite structures, specializing in Solid State NMR, Microwave NDE, Thermography, and Ultrasonics. He has received numerous awards, including the DRDO Technology Group Award (2008), AGNI Award for Excellence in Self-Reliance (2011), and DRDO Titanium Medal (2012). Dr. Kuchipudi serves as a research guide for Ph.D. and Master's students at Osmania University, NIT Warangal, JNTU, and NIT Tadepalli, guiding 3 Ph.D. and 6 Master's students, with 4 additional Ph.D. students currently under his mentorship. He has published 65 international and 58 national and conference papers.
Paul Lang is the Chief Global Strategy Officer for the American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) and Executive Director for ASNT Certification Services LLC (ASNT CS). He oversees all ASNT certification, accreditation, and standards activities with a shared vision of strengthening and expanding ASNT’s global presence through its portfolio of products and services. Lang served 21 years in the US Navy, retiring as a Chief Warrant Officer. He has led engineering departments, intermediate repair facilities, and served as a local government inspector performing repair and NDT oversight for the US Navy. He also led training and audit teams that provided training and rigorous evaluation of the Navy’s engineering operations and quality assurance programs. After retiring from the Navy, Lang joined an internationally renowned insurance and inspection company providing risk assessments on facilities of various industry sectors such as power generation and large manufacturing along with supervising a regional jurisdictional inspection force for in-service boiler and pressure equipment. He joined ASME in December 2013 as Director of Audit & Inspections and moved to lead the technical aspects of all ASME Conformity Assessment Certification programs in 2016, recently overseeing all engineering operations and services activities." Paul joined ASNT in 2022.
Mr. Dhruvesh Shah has done M.E.–Structural Engineering from M. S. University of Vadodara in 1995. He is involved with Health study & Corrosion Assessment & Execution of various Civil engineering Projects in the specialized field of Corrosion Mitigation, Repair & Strengthening of RCC Structures in Diversified Industries since 29 Years in India, UAE & North America (USA & Canada)
He had been author and co-author writing Technical papers on corrosion Mitigation of RCC Structures and delivered various technical Presentations in many forum, Various IIT, NIT & Private Universities on same subject.
He is faculty in CII’s Corrosion manager course and Board members of CII’s Corrosion Management Division (CII-CMD)
Currently he is Head-India Business for M/s Vector Corrosion Technologies (Canada) in India and Consultant for Corrosion Mitigation & Strengthening of RCC Structures.
Dr. Jai Dev Chandel is heading operations as Senior Vice President (Operations) at Jindal SAW Ltd., Samaghogha, India large diameter facility. This facility consists of 1500+ employees and produces SAWL, SAWH large diameter line pipe of CS ranging from 16” to 120” diameter, connector casing, Hot Induction bends.
He was responsible for SS welded pipes diameter ranging from 10” to 72” and SS seamless ranging from 33.4 mm to 88.9 mm of various grades from beginning to Oct 2022. This location has facility of Clad pipes diameter ranging from 6” to 42” through weld overlay route for Oil and Gas and water transportation industry.
This facility is also having anti-corrosion and internal flow coating namely 3LPE, 3LPP, Dual Layer Fusion Bond Epoxy and internal Fusion Bond Epoxy coating.
His responsibility includes emphasis on environment, Health and Safety as well as productivity improvement by identifying the area for growth through product development, modification and technology up gradation to enhance the productivity and increment in the product quality.
He did his doctorate work on API ultra high strength steel line pipe manufacturing. He published various Research and Developmental publications in national and international Journals. The research work on line pipe particularly the J-C-O-E forming process and welding metallurgy of line pipe steel and its weld.
